ALL SAINTS ACADEMY
Tuition Incentive Program
As with many private schools, tuition covers approximately 80% of the actual cost of educating a student with the remainder of costs being covered by other sources of revenue. All Saints Academy actively raises funds year-round in a multitude of ways:
The more quality students we have, the better the school can manage the cost of tuition and to plan for improvements to our curriculum and extracurriculars. We believe that parental word-of-mouth is our greatest resource for admissions. Our families understand the families we seek to welcome into our community and can help ensure the quality of our student body through their referrals.
TUITION INCENTIVE PROGRAM (TIP): our approach to building our School Community
This program is designed to financially support families currently enrolled at our school. The Program helps to make our school affordable and accessible to as many families as possible.
OPTIONS FOR OUR ASA FAMILIES TO EARN FINANCIAL CREDITS USING TIP:
To that end, if a current parent refers a family to ASA, and the student(s) is (are) enrolled, the family who referred the new student(s) will receive a tuition credit up to $2,500 spread out over three (3) years and payable in January of each enrolled year (Year 1: $500, Year 2: $1,000, Year 3: $1,000).
Please note that in order to receive the credit the referred family must name you in their first contact with All Saints Academy. In addition each January, you must have at least one child enrolled at ASA, the student(s) you referred must remain enrolled, and you must be current in your tuition payments.
A current ASA family who refers a prospective Kindergarten student who is admitted and enrolled will receive a one-time $500 tuition credit as long as at least one of the parent's children is enrolled at ASA.
For a returning student entering the Middle School in 6th grade, ASA’s current year’s tuition will apply for sixth grade and that tuition will remain the rate for the student until he/she graduates 8th grade.
For a new family enrolling a child in 7th grade, your tuition will be the year’s current tuition rate for your first year enrolled at ASA. Your tuition will not go up the following year for 8th grade, even if the published tuition increases. A newly enrolled 8th grader will simply have the current tuition rate.
We believe it is important to ease the financial burden for families with multiple children enrolled at All Saints Academy. Families with more than one child enrolled in the same academic year do receive relief as outlined in our 2023-2024 Registration Package. Please note that families earning the Sibling Discount cannot participate in the Middle School Tuition Freeze. Sibling Discount families are able to earn the $2,500 New Family Referral Credit and the Kindergarten Referral Credit.
Yes. You must be identified by the referred family on their application at the time of submission AND you must notify the Director of Admissions of the referral details via email immediately after making the referral.
In the first January that the referred student(s) is(are) newly enrolled and current ASA student, a $500 credit will be given to the referring family. Each January for the next two years that the referred student is enrolled and the referring family is enrolled, a $1,000 credit will be given to the referring family. The referring family must be current in their tuition payments to receive the credit.
The program remains intact for the full three years as long as the referred student is enrolled for three years AND the referrer is the parent of an enrolled student for those same three years. If either the referrer or the referred leaves before the three-year period is over, the discount ends. No additional credit will be issued even if the referring family has not been able to take advantage of all three years of the tuition credit.
As many as you like! There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make or how many corresponding credits you will receive. One credit applies on a per-family basis, not per student.
Yes.
No.
No. Families eligible for Sibling Discounts cannot receive the Tuition Freeze in Middle School. The Sibling Discounts are more substantial than the Middle School Tuition Freeze, however families earning the Sibling Discounts can still earn tuition credits (Kindergarten Credit and the $2,500 Tuition Credit).
THE FAMILY I REFERRED HAS 2 CHILDREN NEWLY ENROLLED AT ALL SAINTS ACADEMY. DO WE GET 1 OR 2 CREDITS?
As the referring family, you receive one $500 credit for the newly enrolled “family”. The subsequent 2 years you may also be eligible for the $1,000 credit each year if both your family and the referred family still has at least one student enrolled. You may also be eligible for the Kindergarten Tuition Credit and the Middle School Tuition Freeze, depending on the grade levels involved.
